Start with two glasses of Laurent Perrier Brut champagne on arrival, then let the kitchen take it from there with a chef-curated menu showcasing premium seasonal ingredients. Expect a refined progression of apero bites, starters, mains and dessert, thoughtfully paced and made to share.
Menu is subject to change based on seasonal availability and dietary requirements, with the option to add six freshly shucked Te Matuku oysters for an extra indulgent touch.
