About the restaurant
At the QT hotel in Viaduct Harbour, Chef Sean Connolly trades his usual steakhouse swagger for something brighter, pulling flavours from Sicily, Southern France and Morocco into a menu built around fresh local seafood and seasonal produce. The open, country-style kitchen sets the tone for a room that's bright, airy and unpretentious, while the tableside-mixed beef tartare, puffed bread with taramasalata and saffron and lemon pasta have earned genuine MICHELIN Guide recognition. An alfresco courtyard adds a laid-back option for the days it's too good to stay inside.
