The menu reimagines Korean soul food with genuine creativity: chicken and pork skewers, deep-fried chicken skin and a sweet and sour gochujang cucumber salad sit alongside crispy kimchi tuna rolls, bulgogi beef tacos and market-style oil tteokbokki.
