About the restaurant
Saint Alice claims some of the best real estate on the Viaduct, a sun-soaked bar and eatery built for long lunches that drift into longer evenings. Head Chef Maia Atvars keeps the focus on seafood and seasonal kaimoana, sharing plates and woodfired pizza designed to introduce new flavours without overcomplicating things, plus live entertainment to keep the energy up. The fried oyster mcmuffins and salmon tartare from the raw bar have earned cult status. Sitting alongside sister venue Dr Rudi's, it's equally suited to a casual cold one or a proper celebration, sea views included either way.
