Rumi takes its name from the 13th-century Persian poet, and leans into that same sense of warmth and hospitality across a small, family-run Parnell dining room. The Salmon Kabab, grilled king salmon dressed with olive oil, saffron and lime, is the dish regulars come back for, alongside the Shishlik and Negindar kebabs off the grill. Saffron ice cream closes things out on a genuinely fragrant note rather than a predictable one. It's an intimate, at-home kind of dining experience, built on family recipes rather than trend-chasing.
