Sage Restaurant is located at Paroa Bay Winery, perched high on a hill overlooking the sea, near the historic town of Russell in the Bay of Islands. The menu ingredients includes sustainable produce from the sea, local lamb and beef, fruit from local orchards and estate grown vegetables. Dishes can be matched with wines from Paroa Bay’s own cellar door.
