About the restaurant

Award winning High Water Eatery is in ‘boho’ Cuba Street in downtown Wellington, popular for its quirky cafes and shops.  It is a Modern European restaurant that can truly boast that everything is ‘made from scratch’ with pickling, fermenting, smoking, curing and baking all done on the premises. Meats are cooked in the Pira charcoal oven in the open kitchen imparting charcoal flavours.  Beverages include NZ & International wines from vineyards with organic and sustainable viticulture plus locally brewed beers.
