You’ll find the intimate 45 seater Gatherings just a short walk from Christchurch’s CBD. The focus is on fresh fish and organic, seasonal vegetables. Dishes like wood roasted lemon sole in preserved chilli and cider sauce have popped up on the ever changing menu along with Orongo Bay oysters. The plant based sides are certainly creative and a meal in themselves. Try the ‘let us feed you’ option and sample all the evenings dishes and sample that the Canterbury region has to offer.
