Aosta provides guests with a culinary journey inspired by the alpine valley of Aosta, Italy, and the breathtaking landscapes of Central Otago. Drawing parallels between the regions' terroirs, Aosta crafts a menu that celebrates Northern Italian cuisine with a Kiwi twist. From the savoury aroma of focaccia to the indulgent flavours of duck liver pate and gnocchi, each dish utilises specially selected ingredients sourced from local growers and suppliers.
