Hatted restaurant The Sherwood is just a few minutes drive from Queenstown, overlooking Lake Wakatipu. Known as one of the most ethically sustainable hotels in New Zealand, The Sherwood’s Executive Chef Chris Scott is a horticulturalist so you can expect produce from the hotels own vegetable garden and local farms. Venison, lamb shoulder and market fish feature along with creative bar snacks and vegetable dishes.
